We drove by recently. Some improvement has been made. However reports are that the dogs crying, barking at night continues. They have hay they can eat now. Abusers don't change. They change their game. Heard that only 3 dogs are let out and only for minutes. Also heard that they made them mean to harass a certain neighbor. The dogs need to be removed and put down. Reports state some still attack other dogs. Once a dog has tasted blood game over. Children must sleep for school. These dogs hinder that. As well as working folks in the area. Open your eyes people! This city needs to take a stand and let CPS know that we will not stand for them hurting our kids for profit. (OUR KIDS ARE NOT FOR SALE) They are keeping kids from parents.
